Exciting opportunity with a top tier international law firm to join their Capital Markets and Corporate Practice team. The successful candidate will be supporting legal operations and ensuring management of corporate transactional documentation..

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review legal documents for capital markets and corporate transactions
• Conduct legal research and manage due diligence processes
• Organize transaction documentation and liaise with clients and regulatory bodies
• Assist in drafting corporate governance documents and maintaining case files
• Support transaction timelines and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in law or related field
• Experience in capital markets, supporting US IPO and DCM transactions preferred
• Strong understanding of Hong Kong corporate law
• Excellent research, organizational, and communication skills in English & Mandarin is required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
