Our client, a prominent regional commercial law firm is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to support their dynamic Business Development & Marketing team in Hong Kong, working closely with partners, lawyers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative strategies that drive growth. Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you'll help shape client engagement and business development initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Create winning pitches, proposals, and presentations.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
• Manage CRM-driven client lists for targeted outreach.
• Plan and execute client events and seminars.
• Draft submissions for legal directories and awards.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in legal or professional services.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong skills in MS Office, CRM systems, and virtual event platforms.
• Exceptional communication, organizational ability, and a collaborative mindset.
• Good knowledge of InterAction (or similar CRM systems) is preferred
• Familiarity with virtual events platforms (e.g., Webex, Zoom, Teams) and research techniques/databases is advantageous
