Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Possesses 2-3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Must be admitted to practice law in Hong Kong, with experience at an international law firm or a top-tier local firm
• Specialises in Hong Kong IPO transactions and related regulatory compliance
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules and the Securities and Futures Commissions ongoing compliance requirements
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese
