The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to a strong pipeline of cross-border Debt Capital Markets and Equity Capital Markets transactions, working alongside leading issuers, underwriters, and financial institutions across Asia and internationally. The role provides a platform for genuine technical development in a well-established and collaborative team, with early responsibility and direct involvement in live high-profile deals from day one. Candidates should be newly qualified or have up to two years of post-qualification experience in capital markets, gained at a magic circle, leading global, or top-tier US law firm. Excellent academic credentials, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing workstreams in a fast-paced transactional environment are essential. Chinese language ability — particularly Mandarin — will be a valued asset.
