Commercial Litigation Associate | 2-4 Years PQE | Int'l Law Firm | HKG

We are seeking a talented enterprising Commercial Litigation Associate (2–4 PQE) to join a boutique international law firm known for handling complex, high-value disputes across multiple jurisdictions. The role will involve advising and representing clients in commercial litigation and arbitration matters, with a focus on corporate disputes, shareholder issues, contractual claims, and cross-border enforcement proceedings. You will work closely with the lead partner on cases that often involve intricate financial structures and international elements, requiring both technical precision and strategic insight.

The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong admitted solicitor with between 2-4 years' post qualified experience. You should have strong experience in managing contentious matters, drafting pleadings and submissions, and liaising with courts, arbitral institutions, and regulators. Bilingual Eng/Man speakers preferred as a major part of the client base will be acting for PRC clients. Candidates with a strong interest in networking and client relationship development are also encouraged to apply.   

You will be expected to contribute to case strategy, manage client relationships, and coordinate with foreign counsel in multi-jurisdictional disputes.
