The Sales Assistant Manager/ Manager reports to the Head of Sales (Advanced Connectivity) and is responsible for driving business growth and market expansion through market intel planning and channel development initiatives. This role is pivotal in identifying new enterprise opportunities, forging channel partnerships, and ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies to accelerate organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand advanced connectivity solutions such as 5G, Mobile Edge Compute and AI in targeted regions.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with regional stakeholders, including telecom operators, technology providers, and government agencies.
- Drive business growth by hunting for new opportunities and expanding existing business relationships.
- Manage and negotiate complex deals with regional partners and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners and clients.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities and progress.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, with a focus on advanced connectivity and regional partnerships.
- Strong understanding of 5G technology and its applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
