We're Hiring: Customer Service Agent (Bilingual – Arabic & English)

Salary: AED 7,000

Requirements:

• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• 2–4 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Experience in the transportation, mobility, logistics, ride-hailing, or technology industry is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
