Job Title: Experience Delivery Officer
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Role Overview:
We are seeking an Experience Delivery Officer to support the hands-on delivery of Early Experience Programs (EEP) for children aged 0–3. Working alongside the Senior Officer, you will deliver high-quality, Emirati-rooted experiences that foster child development and strengthen parent-child bonding. You may also support related programs such as Early Stimulation and Journey Through Parenthood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured and unstructured EEP sessions for children aged 0–3.
• Guide and engage parents to enhance understanding of child development.
• Maintain records of attendance, activities, and outcomes; report to the Senior Officer.
• Prepare and manage learning materials and resources.
• Collect feedback to evaluate and improve program quality.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience delivering early childhood programs (0–3 years).
• Knowledge of UAE childcare regulations and health/safety standards.
• Strong understanding of Emirati culture, heritage, and traditions.
• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
• Experience supporting children and parents of determination is a plus.
