Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the HR department and assisting with various HR functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
- Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
- Coordinate and schedule training and development programs for employees
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records of employee attendance and leave
- Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to employees
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices
- Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR coordination or related role
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
