Senior Project Engineer – Capital Projects (CAPEX)
Function: Capital Projects & Engineering

Job Purpose
Lead and support the successful execution of CAPEX projects, ensuring delivery in line with approved KPIs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and budgets.
• Identify and escalate risks or deviations; support corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Operations to develop and evaluate technical and operational solutions.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects from initiation to handover.
• Review fabrication/shop drawings and material submittals from contractors.
• Participate in design review meetings with EPC/EPCM contractors and consultants, contributing to design optimization and value engineering.
• Ensure readiness of project documentation (drawings, O&M manuals) prior to completion and handover.
• Support construction activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications and standards.

Authority

• Operates within established engineering standards and procedures under managerial supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project execution (CAPEX environment preferred).
• Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
