Qualifications:
-
Bachelors or Diploma in Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
-
8–10 years of relevant maintenance experience
-
Minimum 5 years as a Planning Officer in Oil & Gas I&C maintenance
Job Description & Responsibilities:
-
Identify competencies of the execution team and assign work order tasks effectively
-
Support planning engineer in formulating training plans based on team competency
-
Maintain and update training records to ensure timely delivery
-
Plan optimum allocation of workforce and utilize wrench time efficiently
-
Anticipate resource needs for unplanned/emergency jobs based on work criticality
-
Monitor stock levels of spares, consumables, and materials, ensuring timely replenishment
-
Analyze reports and recommendations from various sources to identify permanent and temporary actions
-
Prepare strategies and task lists in coordination with relevant sections
-
Update work schedules clearly defining responsibilities

Review job completion wrap-up/final reports and communicate results to execution team
