Job Title: EEP Delivery Officer

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for an EEP Delivery Officer to support the day-to-day delivery of early childhood programs for children aged 0–3 and their parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the delivery of structured and play-based activities for young children
• Engage and guide parents during sessions to support child development
• Prepare and organize materials and activity areas
• Track attendance and provide basic reports and feedback
• Assist in improving program quality based on observations and feedback

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in early childhood (nursery, daycare, or similar)
• Basic understanding of child development (0–3 years preferred)
• Comfortable working with both children and parents
• Arabic speaker preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience in UAE or similar environment
