2. JOB OBJECTIVE:

Perform duties and responsibilities on extrusion machine as assigned by the Plant Supervisor or Production Incharge.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Machine Setup

• Take lead in setting up machines before production runs, including loading materials, adjusting settings, and ensuring proper tooling is in place.

Machine Operation

• Operate machinery according to established procedures, guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments in consultation with Plant Supervisor / Production Incharge.

Quality Control

• Supervise inspection of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
• Report defects or issues immediately to Production Incharge / QC.

Maintenance

• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication and replacing worn parts.
• Carry out minor troubleshooting and repairs when required.

Material Handling & Planning

• Oversee handling of raw materials and finished products.
• Support material movement between workstations and maintain inventory levels.

Safety

• Follow all safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Use PPE as required and ensure team compliance.

Documentation

• Maintain records of production activities, machine settings, and quality checks.
• Complete production reports as required.

Communication

• Communicate effectively with Production Incharge and team members to ensure smooth production processes.

Training

• Participate in training programs to enhance machine operation skills and production knowledge.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Report any safety incidents and near misses.

6. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

B. Minimum Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a factory/manufacturing setup

C. Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):

• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machinery
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Physical ability to perform machine operations
