Job Title: Procurement / Materials Manager – Water Projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Procurement / Materials Manager with strong background in water projects procurement and materials management. The candidate must have proven KSA experience and strong knowledge of purchasing, vendor management, contract coordination, and material control. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement and purchasing activities for water infrastructure projects.

• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, evaluate bids, and finalize purchase orders.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials as per project requirements and schedules.

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and project teams for material planning.

• Maintain proper inventory control and material tracking at site and warehouse.

• Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures and KSA regulations.

• Prepare procurement reports, material status reports, and cost analysis.

• Support contract and legal coordination related to procurement activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Procurement or related field.

• Minimum experience:

  • 15 years with Bachelor Degree in civil

• Strong experience in water projects procurement and materials management.

• KSA experience is mandatory.

• Knowledge of contract terms and legal procurement procedures is preferred.

• Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in procurement of pipes, valves, fittings, pumps, and water network materials.

• Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement documentation.
