Job Title: Associate Administrator Warehouse (C2)
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Administrator Warehouse (C2) to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
As an Associate Administrator Warehouse (C2), you will play a crucial role in the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and maintaining accurate records. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all administrative tasks in the warehouse, including but not limited to inventory management, data entry, and record keeping
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other warehouse activities
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of orders
- Monitor and report on inventory levels, identifying any discrepancies or issues that may arise
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating warehouse staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, adhering to safety and security protocols at all times
- Assist with training and onboarding of new warehouse staff as needed
- Provide support to the Warehouse Manager and other team members as required
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain management is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with a focus on administrative tasks
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and record-keeping procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with warehouse management software
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
