Years as a Technician/ Fitter in a Steel Plant 2-3 years experience in Mechanical maintenance of Steel Plant as a

  • Production Optimization: Perform preventive, corrective, and major equipment repairs to minimize downtime and ensure efficient production.
  • Troubleshooting: Address mechanical breakdowns promptly, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Problem Solving: Handle mechanical maintenance issues during breakdowns and communicate abnormalities to superiors for resolution.
  • Inspection & Compliance: Conduct equipment inspections to ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards.
  • Maintenance Support: Assist superiors in technical tasks to ensure smooth maintenance operations and uninterrupted production.

    • Follow mechanical maintenance related
    development standards for all equipment in the Steel Making Plant. Policies and Procedures Management: To
    follow all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental management policies, procedures applicable to
    maintenance related development. Supervision: To lead a group of Technicians / Welder (instruction and
    guidance to Technician / Welder) and participate in maintenance related development works
