Job Description:
We are hiring a Welding Superintendent (Subsea Pipeline) to lead all welding operations aboard offshore vessels and barges for major EPC/EPCI projects. The role demands extensive experience in offshore construction, especially in Subsea Marine, Jacket Installation, Topside, Cable & Pipeline, and Hook-up activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise structural, piping, and subsea pipeline welding operations offshore.

Plan and organize personnel, equipment, and welding consumables for mobilization.

Coordinate with welding supervisors, inspectors, and third-party NDT teams.

Oversee welding activities, procedure qualifications, and welder training offshore.

Ensure implementation of welding and QA/QC procedures and welder qualification compliance.

Conduct toolbox talks and promote safety culture among the welding team.

Monitor welding material usage and coordinate logistics for timely replenishment.

Interface with clients, third-party inspectors, and resolve welding-related issues.

Interpret radiographic films and ensure adherence to client specifications and welding standards.

Troubleshoot welding issues and maintain daily progress reports.

Ensure all activities comply with company codes and HSE standards.
Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of offshore Oil & Gas industry experience, with strong welding supervision background.

Expertise in subsea pipeline welding operations and offshore EPC/EPCI projects.

Thorough knowledge of international welding codes, safety standards, and inspection practices.
