Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated QA/QC Senior Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the oil and gas industry and be familiar with ISO standards. ADNOC experience is considered an advantage. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes in accordance with ISO standards - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and project specifications - Identify and report any non-conformities and work with project teams to develop corrective actions - Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to management - Review and approve project documentation, including quality plans, procedures, and specifications - Provide technical support and guidance to project teams on quality-related matters - Conduct training and awareness sessions on quality standards and processes - Participate in project meetings and provide input on quality-related issues - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality control and recommend improvements to existing processes - Mentor and train junior QA/QC engineers and technicians Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the oil and gas industry - Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems - Experience working with ADNOC is considered an advantage - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel and work on-site as required - Valid professional certifications in quality control/assurance is preferred.
