Recruitment Specialist (Staffing / Outsourcing Company)

Job Title: Recruitment Specialist (Staffing / Outsourcing Company)
Location: UAE (Immediate joiners preferred)
Experience: 5+ Years in Recruitment (preferably in Oil & Gas)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment: JD creation, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers & onboarding

• Source candidates through headhunting, market mapping, Boolean search & social media

• Screen and assess CVs for relevance, skills, and experience

• Conduct interviews using structured selection methods

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for interview scheduling

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular reports

Desired Profile:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in HR or Engineering

• 5+ years' experience in CV sourcing, talent acquisition, and headhunting

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, channels, and databases

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Candidates available in the UAE & ready to join immediately are highly preferred
