Key Responsibilities:
- Process employee additions and deletions from medical insurance policies.
- Handle insurance-related administrative tasks efficiently.
- Coordinate with employees, insurance brokers, insurance providers, and finance for policy updates and issue resolution.
- Maintain and update insurance records accurately.
- Assist employees with insurance-related queries and concerns.
- Prepare and analyze insurance-related reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
