Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Design and plan the network, its systems, and the proposed infrastructure for the office, and provide recommendations regarding and periodically improve them.

2. Document and update network diagrams and configurations.

3. Maintain a thorough understanding of the management of the office's internal and external networks on an ongoing basis, troubleshoot problems, understand their systems and configurations, and ensure their availability to all users.

4. Continuously manage, update, and maintain servers, applications, and virtual containers, and manage backup and storage systems.

5. Manage firewalls, update their policies, and ensure compliance with best practices.

6. Continuously improve the performance of databases, networks, servers, and systems implemented in the office environment.

7. Work on integration and upgrades between systems and ensure their implementation from the development environment to the testing, demonstration, and production environments.

8. Manage the data center and hosting environment and ensure adequate capacity.

9. Provide technical support and guidance to IT department staff.

10. Prepare reports and document procedures and periodic changes to infrastructure and networks.

11. Any other tasks related to the nature of the department's work or assigned by the department director.

Requirements, Duties, and Academic Degree:

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in networking, computer science, or equivalent, with at least 12 years of experience in network engineering, infrastructure, and systems integration.

2. Experience with various infrastructure technologies in virtualization, containers, storage, databases, cloud, IaaS, Active Directory, IPS, Fednet, VMware PaaS, ESXi, vCenter, Exchange, VLANs, VDI, and Cisco products.

3. SD-WAN, WAF, VPN, WAN, and LAN systems and solutions.

4. Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, Windows Server, Linux, Unix, RedHat).

5. Familiarity with various programming languages ​​(JAVA, Python, .NET).

6. ITIL, ISO 27001/2002, UAE AI frameworks.

7. CISSP, Microsoft Azure, VMware, Cisco, ITIL, CSM, CCNP, and professional certifications
