About the job HSE Officer
Role Purpose
The HSE Officer will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and addressing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) risks across production facilities and warehouses. The role ensures that HSE Management Systems and Environmental Management Systems are effectively implemented, maintained, and continuously improved, while promoting a strong safety culture across all sites.

Education & Certification

Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Science

NEBOSH International Certificate (mandatory)
Experience

2–3 years of relevant HSE experience in a large organization

Experience in the food industry is an advantage
Skills & Knowledge

Strong knowledge of HSE legislation and best practices

Excellent English communication and report writing skills

Strong leadership and coordination skills

Ability to conduct safety training effectively

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Strong risk assessment and audit capabilities

Valid UAE driving license and own car (advantage)

Arabic language skills are an advantage
