Job Overview: As a RM 5&CAP Shift Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the RM 5&CAP units in our client's facility. You will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the units, while adhering to company and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: - Operate and monitor the RM 5&CAP units according to standard operating procedures - Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on the units to ensure optimal performance - Monitor and record data from the units, and report any abnormalities or issues to the supervisor - Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment - Communicate with other team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities and ensure smooth operations - Keep accurate records of all maintenance and operational activities - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Minimum of 2 years of experience operating and maintaining RM 5&CAP units - Knowledge of industry standards and safety protocols - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Willingness to work in shifts and be on call as needed - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We offer competitive salary and benefits packages, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
