Key Responsibilities

A. Project Planning & Technical Delivery

  • Develop detailed project plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements in line with PMO standards.
  • Translate technical requirements into actionable project deliverables, ensuring alignment with architecture and security frameworks.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects such as network refresh, AV systems upgrade, cloud migration, backup expansion, and security solutions (e.g., Palo Alto, F5, Cisco ISE, ExtraHop, Gigamon).
  • Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring compliance with the Company's IT policies and standards.

B. Technical Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure that all projects comply with the Company's cybersecurity, ITSM (ISO 20000), and COBIT governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate with the Architecture and Security teams to validate technical designs and ensure interoperability with existing environments.
  • Facilitate technical review boards and documentation handover to Operations and Support teams.
  • Monitor vendor SLAs, warranty coverage, and performance benchmarks.

C. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Serve as the focal point for coordination between internal teams (Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, DX, and PMO) and external vendors.
  • Manage vendor deliverables, ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Facilitate project briefings, steering committee updates, and status reports for management visibility.

D. Risk, Change, and Issue Management

  • Identify and assess project risks, dependencies, and potential impacts to service continuity.
  • Implement change control processes to manage scope adjustments, ensuring traceability and proper approvals.
  • Maintain updated risk registers, mitigation plans, and issue logs in PMO365 or equivalent systems.
  • Ensure timely escalation and resolution of project constraints or blockers.

E. Handover, Documentation, and Sustainability

  • Oversee project closure activities, ensuring full documentation (as-built diagrams, configurations, licenses, warranties) is archived in the Company's repositories.
  • Coordinate operational readiness and handover to IT Operations and Support teams.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions to support continuous improvement.
  • Ensure long-term sustainability through proactive capacity planning and lifecycle management insights.

  • Maintain Demand Planning: Maintain a structured demand planning framework to anticipate and manage IT and digital transformation needs, ensuring resource optimization and alignment with business priorities.
  • Execute TSS Strategy: Drive TSS Strategy, ensuring that digital initiatives align with enterprise goals, IT governance, and future technology trends.
  • Lead Research & Emerging Trends: Conduct research and benchmarking on digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and informed decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
  • Master's degree in IT Management or Project Management is preferred.

Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience managing infrastructure, network, and security projects within large-scale enterprise or government environments.
  • Proven track record delivering complex multi-vendor projects involving datacenter, network, cybersecurity, and AV systems.
  • Experience coordinating with architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure end-to-end technical alignment.
  • Exposure to both waterfall and agile delivery models.

Certifications / Tools

  • PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification required.
  • Technical certifications preferred: CCNP, CISSP, ITIL, VCP, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (PMO365, MS Project, Azure DevOps) and ITSM platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow).
