General Summary:
The Mobile Mechanic is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and safety. This role involves
performing inspections, identifying mechanical problems, and executing repairs or replacements as needed. The technician must deliver high-quality service
while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities):
Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using diagnostic tools.
Repair or replace faulty parts and components.
Conduct vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and safety issues.
Keep accurate records of services and repairs performed.
Follow manufacturer guidelines and industry standards for repairs.
Test vehicles after repairs to ensure proper operation.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
Assist in training junior technicians and apprentices.
Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or questions.
Participate in continuous improvement and safety programs.
