Position: Business Development Manager

Proposed Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000

Role Overview:
This role is ideal for a dynamic, results-driven professional with strong ADNOC and EPC exposure. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive business development strategies, supplier onboarding, strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing team to achieve measurable KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth with ADNOC and EPC contractors, identifying new opportunities and partners.

• Onboard and manage suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, commercial, and contractual requirements.

• Negotiate and finalize agreements, NDAs, MoUs, and distribution contracts.

• Support ADNOC/EPC tenders and bids with competitive supplier solutions.

• Lead, mentor, and supervise junior team members to maintain a positive and high-performance environment.

• Track, report, and achieve KPIs related to suppliers, agreements, and revenue contribution.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Industrial Trading.

• Proven exposure to ADNOC, EPC contractors, or major NOCs/IOCs.

• Strong supplier sourcing, onboarding, agreement management, and team supervision experience.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
