Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruitment Team Leader to manage and guide our recruitment team. The role involves handling end-to-end hiring, meeting client requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the recruitment team.
• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to understand manpower needs.
• Ensure recruitment targets and deadlines are met.
• Handle bulk, mass, and critical hiring requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases.
• Prepare recruitment reports and performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience in a UAE staffing company.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a team leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of UAE job market.
• Experience with job portals, ATS and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment systems.
