Key Responsibilities: - Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes - Monitor construction activities and progress to ensure adherence to project schedule - Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications - Identify and report any potential issues or discrepancies to the project manager - Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all site activities, including daily reports, photos, and progress updates - Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work is completed to the required standards - Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are followed on site - Prepare and submit reports to the project manager on a regular basis - Attend project meetings and provide updates on site progress and issues - Assist with the preparation of project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and as-built drawings - Keep up-to-date with industry standards, codes, and regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Inspector - Extensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques - Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
