Abu Dhabi – 07:00 to 15:00 (5 days a week)

Offshore - 06:30 to 18:30 (1-hour lunch break), 7 days a week

Salary Range

AED 12,000 – 14,000 per month

Qualification (minimum)

Bachelor in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.

Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Experience (minimum)

Extensive experience (5+ years) in petroleum engineering within the oil & gas industry.

Hands‑on experience in wireline operations.

Specialisation in ESP (Electrical Submersible Pump) completion design and operations.

Job Description

* Plan and supervise rig‑based well operations, including ESP design, installation, commissioning, and acid stimulation activities.

* Lead completion optimisation activities, with a strong focus on ESP performance improvement and reliability enhancement.

* Plan and supervise rig‑less operations, including wireline and slickline interventions, and interpret acquired data for well intervention decisions.

* Analyse production performance and behaviour, manage production data, and propose technical solutions to optimise well and field production.

* Interpret pressure and well test data to evaluate reservoir and well performance and support production optimisation initiatives.

* Prepare and manage annual budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure effective cost control for production and intervention activities.

* Ensure full compliance with HSE, quality, and environmental standards during all well operations and production activities.

Additional requirements

* In‑depth knowledge and hands‑on experience in ESP completion design and operations.

* Strong understanding of drilling, completion, wireline, and general oilfield operations.

* Proven experience in planning, supervising, coordinating, and evaluating slickline operations.

* Strong project management capability with effective problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

* Good team leadership, analytical and communication skills, with familiarity in production data management and interpretation tools and proficiency in MS Office.
