Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Experience:
-
10–12 years of relevant maintenance experience
-
Minimum 5 years in Oil & Gas industry as a Planning Engineer in I&C maintenance
Job Description & Responsibilities:
-
Assist in developing annual maintenance budgets for offshore facilities, analyzing historical data, current asset conditions, and forecasting future maintenance needs

Collaborate with respective sections to prioritize expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and ensure cost-effective planning

Identify training needs for Civil section staff and implement approved on-the-job training programs

Support Planning Engineer in maintaining training records and timely delivery of training plans
-
Establish competency measurement methods (e.g., Round Robin) to evaluate team skills, knowledge, and abilities
-
Monitor stock and usage levels of spares, consumables, and materials, ensuring timely replenishment

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to optimizing asset performance and operational reliability
