SENIOR ESTIMATOR

Job Title: Senior Estimator

Location: UAE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator with a minimum of 10 years of UAE experience in fit-out and interior projects. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and possess strong expertise in cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity take-offs, and commercial evaluation of fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out and interior projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.
• Perform quantity take-offs and pricing of materials, labor, and subcontract works.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Analyze project costs and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams during the tender stage.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documentation.
• Maintain estimation records and cost databases.

Requirements:

• B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience as an Estimator/Senior Estimator.
• Proven experience in fit-out, interior, and refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of UAE market rates, materials, and subcontractors.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
