About the Role
As the Head of Car Subscription, you will be responsible for leading a key business unit and stepping into the role of the current leader as they move into a more strategic position. This role oversees end-to-end subscription operations, including marketing, sales, customer journey, subscription lifecycle, service delivery, and cross-functional project execution. You will manage a team of 3040 people, including a 22-person sales team, and play a critical role in driving the companys readiness for future growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is highly strategic, execution-focused, and passionate about shaping the future of mobility in Thailand.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically expand and manage the car subscription portfolio

  • Oversee the full subscription lifecycle and ensure an exceptional customer experience

  • Lead and inspire a team focused on subscription sales and operations

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop compelling subscription offers

  • Analyze market trends to optimize subscription models

  • Execute key projects and campaigns

  • Drive business unit growth and consistently meet or exceed targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a leadership role

  • Strong business acumen with strategic and analytical thinking

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proactive and dynamic mindset with a strong can-do attitude

  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus (not required)

Language Proficiency

  • Native Thai

  • Full Working Proficiency in English
