AI Solutions Architect

About the Role
As an AI Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for driving the design and implementation of innovative AI solutions for hospitals and healthcare organisations. This role will bridge business needs with technical capabilities by working closely with customers, sales teams, engineers, and technology partners to design scalable AI solutions that improve healthcare operations and clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate has experience designing enterprise AI solutions and enjoys working directly with customers to solve complex business challenges. You'll play a key role in shaping the company's AI strategy while introducing transformative technologies such as Agentic AI, Medical AI, and AI-powered clinical decision support.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solutions tailored to hospitals and healthcare organisations
• Gather business and technical requirements from customers and translate them into scalable AI solution architectures
• Lead solution discovery workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational challenges
• Design AI-powered healthcare solutions, including Agentic AI and Medical AI applications
• Develop technical proposals, solution diagrams, proof of concepts (POCs), and customer presentations
• Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams throughout the solution lifecycle
• Recommend appropriate AI technologies, cloud services, and system architectures based on customer requirements
• Support customer demonstrations, technical discussions, and pre-sales activities
• Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations, security standards, and best practices
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and digital health trends
• Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, technology partners, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following:
• AI Solution Consulting
• Solution Architecture
• ERP Consulting
• Digital Transformation Consulting
• Technical Pre-sales
• Enterprise Software Consulting
• Product Management (Enterprise Software/AI)
• Experience leading enterprise software or AI implementation projects
• Proven experience designing AI or enterprise solution architectures
• Strong business analysis and requirements gathering skills
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and executive stakeholders
• Excellent project coordination and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Ability to translate business challenges into practical AI solutions
