Business Data Analyst

About the Role

This role is ideal for a candidate who enjoys analyzing data to support marketing, product, and business decisions. The Business Data Analyst will be responsible for building dashboards, automating reports, and presenting actionable insights across departments. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, managing deadlines, and learning new technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance using Excel or Google Sheets
• Create weekly PowerPoint reports with charts and insights
• Build dashboards and tracking tools to monitor product, pricing, and advertising performance
• Learn and apply automation techniques (Excel VBA, Python) to streamline workflows
• Present your findings in weekly team meetings

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of work experience in a data-driven role (e.g., analyst, reporting, finance, marketing ops)
• Strong skills in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and charts
• Proficient in PowerPoint can build clean, data-focused presentations
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Eager to learn new tools like Python, SQL, or dashboard platforms
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines

Language Proficiency

• Fluent in Thai
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
