About the Role

As a Business Development Lead, you will be instrumental in scaling the company ecosystem driving growth, engagement, and quality across both the supply and demand sides of the platform

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the growth and quality of freelancer and buyer community.
  • Design and execute acquisition strategies for both demand and supply to expand user bases across targeted industries and skill sets.
  • Research market trends, talent needs, and competitor strategies.
  • Manage demand-side outreach (e.g., SMEs, startups, professionals).
  • Build partnerships with individuals, communities, universities, business groups, and other partners to create pipelines of qualified talent.
  • Monitor and track acquisition metricsincluding new sign-ups, activation rates, conversion rates, quality, and other relevant indicatorsto drive continuous improvement.
  • Improve buyer conversion through outreach and support.
  • Develop initiatives to nurture freelancer relationships, build trust, and maintain an active, engaged talent pool.
  • Represent the company in expanding and maintaining partnerships and relationships across private, public, and government sectors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in business development, operations, or user acquisition roles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and user-focused mindset.

Language Proficiency

  • Native Vietnamese
  • Fluent English
