About the Role
As Head of Business Development, you will drive the agency's growth by generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and closing high-value deals. You will work directly with the CEO, helping to shape sales strategy, expand the client base, and identify opportunities for upselling and reviving existing accounts. This is a high-impact role with a clear path to senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads, conduct client meetings, analyze needs, and close deals.
- Prepare proposals and pitch decks that address real client challenges.
- Maintain a transparent sales pipeline and report progress regularly.
- Collaborate with the CEO on quarterly sales strategies.
- Upsell and revive existing clients to maximize revenue.
- Propose innovative sales strategies without requiring multiple layers of approval.
- Mentor junior sales staff as the team expands.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with boutique agencies or professional service firms.
- Familiarity with pitch deck creation, proposals, and strategic account management.
- Startup experience in high-growth environments.
Language Proficiency
- Native Thai
