About the Role
The Head of Marketing will be responsible for architecturing comprehensive omnichannel campaigns connecting innovative solutions with hospitals, medical schools, labs, and clinics nationwide. Working at the intersection of healthcare innovation and strategic marketing, you'll transform complex medical technologies into compelling value propositions for healthcare decision makers. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for hospitals, labs, and clinics.
- Design omnichannel funnels that drive qualified lead generation and conversion.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives to reach healthcare decision makers effectively.
- Plan and execute offline events, medical conferences, and networking activities.
- Drive brand positioning and PR campaigns to establish MedTech thought leadership.
- Analyze market trends to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage marketing team and collaborate with sales, R&D, and service teams.
- Create compelling content and promote a national community for healthcare professionals and decision makers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or healthcare-related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Marketing) preferred.
- 3+ years of proven B2B marketing success, preferably in healthcare or MedTech.
- Demonstrated track record of successful campaign management and measurable results.
- Digital marketing expertise in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Industry expertise in medical devices, healthcare systems, or related technology sectors.
- Have strategic marketing expertise with proven B2B campaign development and execution.
- Digital marketing mastery including SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation.
- Event management excellence for medical conferences, trade shows, and seminars.
- Brand strategy proficiency with MedTech product positioning experience.
- Data-driven analytics skills for campaign measurement and optimization.
- Healthcare industry knowledge and medical decision-making process understanding.
- Leadership and collaboration abilities for team and cross-functional management.
- Creative communication skills for technical and clinical audience content.
- Project management expertise for multiple campaigns and initiative coordination.
Language Proficiency
- Fluency in Thai and English required for internal and external communication.
