About the Role

As a Product Manager, you'll own the design of smart pharmacy solutions, from requirements gathering through customer-facing presentations, working across the product portfolio to translate hospital pharmacy workflows into robust, automated system designs. This is a business-critical role that sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and sales, and requires someone who can step in quickly to keep momentum on an already high-performing business line. The ideal candidate has experience in hardware, robotics, automation, system-based solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze customer requirements for hospital pharmacy operations and workflows
  • Design smart pharmacy solutions based on the company's available product and automation portfolio
  • Present and explain proposed solutions directly to customers and pharmacy stakeholders
  • Support the sales team with product enquiries, technical clarifications, and solution positioning
  • Translate hardware, robotics, and automation capabilities into practical, deployable pharmacy designs
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Implementation teams to ensure design feasibility and delivery
  • Own product lifecycle management for the pharmacy automation portfolio, including positioning, competitive analysis, and roadmap input to principals/technology partners
  • Develop and deliver product training and enablement materials to equip the sales team and field engineers
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to inform product and business strategy
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital pharmacy directors, key opinion leaders, and technology partners
  • Ensure proposed solutions comply with relevant healthcare, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the pharmacy automation product line and relevant technologies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related engineering/science field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Hardware or robotics systems
  • Automation or systems-based solution design
  • Product management for hardware, automation, or medical device/instrumentation solutions
  • Experience designing or implementing system-based or automation solutions for enterprise clients
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into practical technical/product designs
  • Comfortable owning product positioning, training, and lifecycle activities, not just technical design
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, comfortable presenting directly to customers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience with healthcare-related systems, medical devices, or IVD/lab instrumentation is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality/regulatory frameworks (e.g., GxP, ISO 13485, medical device regulations) is a plus
