About the Role
As a Psychologist, you will provide evidence-based psychological support to employees through counselling, assessments, and collaborative care. You'll work within a multidisciplinary team to help individuals manage mental health challenges and improve overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities
To deliver meaningful psychological services to content moderators:
- Individual Support: Provide 1-on-1 counselling to content moderators facing stress, burnout, or emotional fatigue
- Group Support: Conduct group therapy or workshops focusing on stress management, emotional resilience, and mindfulness
- Crisis Support: Offer immediate support to individuals in crisis, including creating intervention strategies and referring to appropriate resources as needed
- Resource Development: Create and share mental health resources for self-care, stress management, and coping strategies
- Mental Health Monitoring: Conduct regular mental health check-ins and develop wellness plans to ensure long-term wellbeing
- Collaborate with HR: Work with management and HR to develop mental health initiatives, provide feedback on team wellbeing, and suggest improvements to work processes
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism when delivering psychological services
Qualifications
- 3+ years of counselling experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology (Clinical, Counselling, or related fields)
Certified member of one of the following (or other relevant) organisations:
- Thai Counseling Psychology Association
- International School Psychology Association of Thailand
- Thai Clinical Psychologist Association
Language Proficiency
- Native Thai
- Full Working Proficient English
