Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and oversee the companys financial operations, ensuring effective implementation
  • Prepare financial statements, budgets, and operating cost estimates; monitor and control performance
  • Conduct analysis of revenue, expenses, and financial performance to support decision-making
  • Prepare financial projections, cost calculations, and economic evaluations for new projects and investments
  • Analyze the profitability and efficiency of ongoing projects and identify financial risks
  • Manage communication and coordination with banks, tax authorities, auditors, and financial institutions
  • Develop cash flow planning and ensure effective management of the companys financial resources
  • Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls
  • Supervise daily activities of the finance team and support their performance
  • Provide accurate financial insights, reports, and recommendations to management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2,3 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or financial analysis
  • Strong ability to prepare, interpret, and analyze financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)
  • Proficient in Excel and financial/accounting software (ERP systems, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, cost calculation, and profitability analysis
  • Solid knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills with the ability to work well with management and teams
  • Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively
  • Knowledge of a foreign language is an advantage
