Operations Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The position involves supporting day-to-day operations, coordinating social media activities, and assisting in the rollout of new initiatives. You may also support recruitment coordination, providing valuable exposure to multiple areas of the business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and support daily operational activities across departments
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of new initiatives
  • Maintain and organize social media content calendars and postings
  • Support marketing and internal campaigns
  • Provide general administrative support to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Assist with recruitment coordination when required

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree preferred; Marketing, Communications, or related fields are an advantage
  • Preferably some experience or strong interest in social media or marketing activities

  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
