AI Developer

• Assess the organizations existing technology infrastructure to identify areas where AI can enhance productivity, efficiency, and innovation.
• Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team, departmental representatives, and technical teams to gather requirements, ensure strategic alignment, and serve as a bridge between business objectives and AI technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop comprehensive AI strategies that align with business objectives, including implementation roadmaps that guide solution delivery and adoption.
• Design and implement scalable AI architectures, including data pipelines and model deployment strategies, with a strong emphasis on seamless integration into existing IT systems and enterprise applications.
• Identify and communicate technical risks, challenges, and design alternatives to stakeholders, ensuring informed decision-making and project transparency.
• Evaluate and select appropriate platforms, frameworks, and tools for AI development, considering scalability, cost-efficiency, and compatibility.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to company policy and procedures, and ethical standards.
• Lead AI and system improvement initiatives from planning through deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely delivery aligning with business goals.
• Continuously assess AI system performance, refining models, and algorithms to improve accuracy, reliability, and operational impact.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on AI solutions to foster adoption and effective usage across the organization.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of AI system architecture, implementation plans, and operational procedures.
