Position: Supply & Demand Coordinator

Job Purpose:
To ensure the timely and accurate supply of vehicles that meet customer demand in Mongolia by analyzing market trends, forecasting sales, and coordinating with dealers and stakeholders to secure appropriate allocations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze market data to identify demand trends and sales growth opportunities.

- Communicate with dealers to collect and evaluate sales forecasts, backorders (BO), and waiting lists (WL).

- Prepare and maintain all related documentation.

- Coordinate with Motor Corporation (TMC) to influence and manage sales orders.

- Liaise with stakeholders to secure the required allocation of vehicles for the market.

- Monitor KPIs and manage vehicle allocation effectively.

- Conduct calculations related to pricing (e.g., MSRP) and other requirements as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in any field (Engineering preferred).

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Team-oriented with the ability to work across functions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Japanese language proficiency (an advantage).

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
