About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Partner to join our team. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while supporting the overall hiring process.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Support HR and recruitment projects as needed.

Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

At least 1 year of relevant experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.

Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
