About the job Senior Service Manager
We are seeking a highly experienced Service Senior Manager to lead the Service Department with a strong focus on operational excellence, compliance, and collaboration with sales functions. This role includes overseeing service support operations aligned with Komatsu sales requirements, ensuring seamless integration between service delivery and sales targets. The Senior Manager will also ensure compliance with company SOPs, related laws, and promote a respectful workplace culture.
Main areas of responsibility include:

Provide leadership and direction to Service Managers and SLT members to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Oversee daily service operations, aligning with sales forecasts and machine delivery schedules.

Manage the annual Service budget and monitor financial performance.

Ensure compliance with SOPs, labour laws, and safety regulations.

Develop and mentor the service team to build technical and leadership capabilities.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Technical Support and Parts areas to ensure smooth Komatsu product support service delivery.

Report regularly to senior management, stakeholders on service performance and operational issues.
Requirements and skills

Certified in Heavy Equipment Mechanical Repair with a minimum of 5+ years of Senior Management experience.

Must possess strong business, acumen

Must possess excellent customer relations skills and proven customer facing experience

Strong knowledge of SOPs, laws, compliance, and ability to lead and manage safety programs.

Strong knowledge on service operations with sales, especially Komatsu mining and construction products

Skilled in examining and re-engineering operations to improve efficiency and results.

Skilled in identifying, implementing, and leading continuous improvement projects

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

Mongolian and English language fluency is essential for this position
