Health and Safety Associate Job Summary
Supports HSE efforts during production and construction phases under the guidance of the Site HSE Leader. Assists with the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) systems and promotes a safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and report safety incidents, hazards, and risks.

Support implementation of incident investigations, risk assessments, and corrective actions.

Participate in inspections, audits, and emergency response activities.

Promote health, safety, and wellness initiatives on site.

Maintain compliance with HSE procedures, policies, and regulatory requirements.

Perform administrative tasks and assist with training delivery.

Support safety communication and employee engagement efforts.
-
Identify opportunities for improvement in safety practices.
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Industrial Safety preferred.

Relevant work experience in health and safety required.
-
Familiarity with HSE standards, risk assessments, and incident management.

Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficient in promoting safe practices and compliance within operational environments.
