Job description
We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and professional Executive Office Coordinator to provide high-level support to the CEO. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining executive operations and ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take precise and clear notes, and follow up on action items.
- Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and international travel arrangements.
- Draft and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Act as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.
Job requirements
- Proven experience in executive support, office coordination, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
