We are looking for a highly organized, discreet, and professional Executive Office Coordinator to provide high-level support to the CEO. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining executive operations and ensuring smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the CEO.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take precise and clear notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Manage the CEOs calendar, appointments, and international travel arrangements.
  • Draft and proofread high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal teams and external partners.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a high level of professionalism at all times.

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in executive support, office coordination, or a similar role.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of an additional language is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other digital tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
