Job description

  • Analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and identify areas for improvement across projects and operations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and department leads to define solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Create process models, workflow diagrams, and data flow charts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives and project outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to visualize key metrics.
  • Support project planning and execution by aligning business needs with technical solutions.
  • Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure documentation is updated and accessible.

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
