Job description
- Analyze business needs, gather and document requirements, and identify areas for improvement across projects and operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and department leads to define solutions that meet business objectives.
- Create process models, workflow diagrams, and data flow charts to support business planning and decision-making.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic initiatives and project outcomes.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to visualize key metrics.
- Support project planning and execution by aligning business needs with technical solutions.
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure documentation is updated and accessible.
Job requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or consulting.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a problem-solving mindset.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with the full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is highly desirable.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
