• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, manage their lifecycle, and standardize templates.
• Provide legal advice, conduct research, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct due diligence, advise on transactions, and assist with integrations or separations.
• Protect intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.
• Stay updated on industry laws and regulations.
• Assist the Senior Legal Counsel with various legal matters.

Ажлын байранд тавигдах шаардлага

• Education: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or higher degree.
• Over 3-5 years of relevant working experience, banking industry preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency
