Job description

  • Sales Process & Growth: Follow the IMPACT Sales process, develop annual sales plans, and achieve targets through strategic actions.
  • Customer Relations: Build and maintain professional, long-term relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Market Intelligence: Gather valuable business insights by analyzing customer needs and market trends.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records, including customer interactions, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
  • Product & Service Promotion: Promote and sell company products, services, and support programs while ensuring business retention and profitability.
  • Problem-Solving & Support: Work closely with service and parts departments to provide solutions and enhance customer satisfaction

Job requirements

  • Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in field service, product support, or aftermarket sales in the heavy equipment or mining industry.
  • Strong understanding heavy mining equipment, maintenance practices, and parts identification.
  • Ability to build strong customer relationships and drive revenue through service and parts sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mongolian and English.
  • Ability to assess equipment condition and recommend solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and maintenance management systems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to remote mining sites.
